Jim Simon has practiced law in Truckee since 1976 when he and Jim Porter formed Porter Simon. As the managing attorney, Jim focuses on all aspects of civil litigation with an emphasis on business matters. He has tried cases for plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts in most areas of law, including personal injury and wrongful death claims.
